Armes Media operates in strict compliance with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009, including the Section 17A corporate liability provisions, and all applicable global compliance frameworks.

Scope of Application

This Policy applies universally to all directors, executive officers, full-time and temporary employees, structural consultants, contractors, agency partners, and third-party representatives operating on behalf of Armes Media in any spatial tier.


Non-compliance with the rules outlined below constitutes a material breach of professional protocols and will result in immediate termination of contractual status, internal disciplinary actions, and immediate presentation to federal regulatory authorities.

All corporate gift expenditures or entertainment receipts must fulfill verified commercial purposes, strictly align with reasonable local market thresholds, and be fully logged in our audited expense registers.

Prohibition 1.4

Third-Party Intermediaries

No third-party distributor, agent, real estate finder, or consulting liaison may operate on behalf of Armes Media unless they undergo mandatory pre-qualification due diligence and execute strict anti-corruption covenants.
